Official Rules: Person entering must be a registered member of KidsTube.com in good standing meaning their account is not suspended for violation of our policies. Entrant must upload first video no later than 10pm on Feb 26, 2010. Video must be uploaded to the KidsTube Idol Video Category on KidsTube.com. Video must be longer than 1 minute but not longer than 2 minutes. You must show yourself in the video and you must actually be singing, no lip-synching is allowed. You may play an instrument, dance, and do whatever you like as long as you are also singing. You can have as many people in your video as you want, however only one prize will be given per winning video. Winners must live in the 48 contigous United States, KidsTube.com and Webby Technologies will not ship prizes internationally. International members may still enter but will not be able to win the prize. If the winning entrant is unable to accept the prize for any reason, the prize will automatically be given to the video with the next highest number of votes. KidsTube.com LLC and Webby Technologies reserve the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed to have manipulated the voting system, or if there is any sign of cheating. KidsTube.com LLC and Webby Technologies will have the final decision on the winner of the contest. By entering this contest, you agree to hold KidsTube.com LLC and Webby Technologies harmless to any claims regarding the KidsTube Idol Competition. Voting rules will be posted on Feb 27, 2010 when the first round of voting begins.
