When I downloaded GIMP 2.6 it didn't have the program.

auctlly the easiest way of making a lightsaber in photoshop is getting the square tool, round the shape, select it, expand it, then feather a bit (depends on how big it is) and then go to blending options for that layer and out glow it, and now drop the opacity to about 75%

thats not photoshop and it not the best it way easier getting the burn tool make it red or green
